2. How We Use Information

Photos uploaded for analysis are sent through our application for the requested processing and are not intended to be permanently stored in our face-analysis photo database. The current face-analysis endpoint does not save uploaded photos to our persistent object-storage bucket. Temporary copies may exist in browser memory, request processing, security systems, or third-party AI processing systems while the request is completed. We aim to expire or delete temporary copies after processing where technically and operationally possible. We do not use uploaded facial images to build advertising audiences or to train our own general-purpose models.

Uploaded photos are not retained in our persistent face-analysis storage, although short-lived processing copies or technical logs may exist as needed to complete requests, maintain security, investigate abuse, and comply with law. Usage and security logs may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes. Third-party providers may apply their own retention rules, which are governed by their applicable policies and agreements.
